Refund Policy in General

For all books, other written materials, CD’s, DVD’s, live or online classes/courses, packages, programs, workshops, software, videos, downloads, trade rooms, subscriptions, text/trade alert services, and any other products or services purchased from DTI by you the customer (hereafter the “Client” or “you”) whether via this website, a landing page or other site, telephone, internet order form or purchase, or otherwise, Client hereby agrees that ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, and NON-RETURNABLE unless otherwise specified below. Client agrees to pay any and all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by DTI in defending against any and all claims, disputes, lawsuits, actions, proceedings, causes of action, complaints, controversies, alternative dispute resolution, inquiries/investigations, or attempted charge backs, any of which are brought by or involve Client, arising out of or relating to the foregoing refund policy. With respect to all of the foregoing products and services, Client further understands and agrees that under those special circumstances where DTI does offer or decide to provide a refund, said refund may take up to 60 days to process.

Software, Videos, Downloads and Subscriptions

For any software, videos, downloads, or subscriptions purchased by Client, there will be no refund after such materials have been purchased unless a refund offer is specifically set forth in the product offer video, written material, or presentation as you agree that the software, videos, downloads and subscriptions contain proprietary methodology and information. We track each user’s login to verify whether you have used the software. For monthly, quarterly, or annual subscriptions, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period (the “Renewal Date”) and your original method of payment will be charged again for the subscription price unless you notify us in writing prior to the Renewal Date of your desire to discontinue your subscription. With respect to any Trade of the Day quarterly or annual subscription, Client agrees that you are not entitled to a refund if you attempt to cancel your subscription following your purchase at any time after the first 5 days of these emails have been sent, according to our records, to the email address you provided to DTI at the time of purchase, but rather DTI shall have the right to determine in our sole and absolute discretion whether or not to provide a refund to Client.

Trade Rooms

Upon payment for any Trade Room subscription, including but not limited to the 24-Hour Educational Trade Room, After Hours, Weekly Options, and TWT, there will be no refund after the password for same has been issued by DTI to Client as you the Client agree that the Trade Rooms contain proprietary methodology and information.

Classes

In the case of a purchased class, we will rush the class materials to you and the registration is non-refundable once these proprietary course materials have been sent. You hereby authorize DTI to charge your credit card account for the amount indicated. Any balance owed is due and chargeable one month (30 days) prior to your scheduled class date.

CLASS AND WORKSHOP CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

If you purchase any of DTI’s classes or workshops and are subsequently unable to attend for any reason the class or workshop session for which you have been registered you must inform DTI of your inability to attend in writing at least 30 days in advance of the first day of said class or workshop session or otherwise you hereby agree that DTI shall have the right to automatically charge your credit card account or otherwise bill you to collect a $250 cancellation and rescheduling fee. Said fee shall be in addition to the price you paid to purchase the class or workshop. If you cancel your class session or workshop registration at least 30 days in advance as set forth above, you may reschedule to attend the class or workshop at a later date subject to space availability at no additional charge.

Clients understand that if done without permission there will be not legal or financial remedy adequate enough to compensate for this breach of trust, and that DTI will use any and all legal methods to protect its intellectual property and rights thereto.

Unless otherwise specified, the DTI Web Sites are for your personal and noncommercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the DTI Trader Web Sites.

You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, electronically copy, download and print hard copy portions of the material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own noncommercial use, or to place an order with DTI or to purchase DTI products. Any other use of materials on this Site, including but not limited to the modification, reproduction, distribution, republication, display or transmission of the content of this Site, without prior written permission of DTI Trader is strictly prohibited.

Harassment in any manner or form on the Site or any of the DTI Websites, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a DTI employee, host, or representative or other members or visitors on the Site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, or which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the Site or use the Site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

User Chat Rooms

DTI maintains procedures to monitor and review any areas on the Site where users transmit or post Communications or communicate solely with each other, including but not limited to chat rooms, bulletin boards or other user forums, and the content of any such Communications. DTI does not and cannot review all communications and materials posted to or created by users accessing the Site and is not in any manner responsible for the content of these communications and materials.
