The Week in Review
The schedule for the week ahead is overflowing with potential to give the markets a much-needed boost in the week ahead.
Starting things off, all eyes will be on APPLE as they hold their latest unveiling event this Monday. Per usual, Apple officials are expected to go all out for this event as they take center stage to show off the latest edition of the Macbook Pro and much more.
Tuesday will be a big day for earnings reports as names such as Johnson & Johnson, Philip Morris, Netflix and Bank of New York Mellon are all expected to share their latest updates with eager investors.
The tech wave continues on Tuesday as well as Google officials prepare to unveil their Pixel 6 phones, a big step for the company as this will be the first Google phone powered by Google’s custom mobile chip.
In addition, Samsung is hosting their “Galaxy Unpacked” event this Wednesday. Scheduled for a livestream at 10am, the event is the company’s own version of a product unveiling where Samsung fans will be able to see the latest products and services being brought to them by the South Korean tech giant.
E.V. fans will be preparing for Wednesday, however as industry giant TESLA is expected to release earnings in the day’s early hours.
Joining TESLA in Wednesday’s earnings parade will be other big names such as Verizon Communications, United Airlines and Anthem.
Thursday and Friday will see even more names join the long list of companies reporting earnings this week as American Airlines, AT&T, Blackstone, Crocs, Southwest Airlines, American Express, Honeywell International and more are all set to share their latest earnings data.
