You understand that this is a FREE trial and that while you are required to provide your payment details in order to start the trial your credit/debit card will NOT be charged following the end of the Free Trial Period for a TBUZ subscription or otherwise without your authorization. You understand that in order to execute trades using TBUZ you must also have your own sufficiently funded trading account and trading platform with the ability to execute the TBUZ trades, all of which costs and acquisitions are your sole responsibility.

DTI may terminate or suspend your access to TBUZ and/or the 30-Day Free Trial at any time in the event of your actual or suspected unauthorized use of TBUZ or the 30-Day Free Trial or non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions. If you cancel or DTI terminates the 30-Day Free Trial, or if DTI suspends your access to TBUZ and/or the 30-Day Free Trial, you agree that DTI shall have no liability or responsibility whatsoever to you and DTI will not refund any amounts that you have already paid, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable law.
You may only use this 30-Day Free Trial once. You agree to not permit anyone else whose trial was terminated or who is not a trial subscriber or who canceled their trial to use or access TBUZ through your trial, username, or password. DTI reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your eligibility for the 30-Day Free Trial. You must also be at least 19 years of age in order to be eligible for the 30-Day Free Trial. DTI also reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to withdraw or modify this 30-Day Free Trial, the TBUZ Terms and Conditions, and/or DTI’s Terms and Conditions which can be found at www.dtitrader.com/terms-conditions at any time without prior notice and with no liability whatsoever to DTI.
YOU AGREE THAT TBUZ IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND. YOU USE TBUZ AT YOUR OWN RISK. DTI DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
You agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, your sole and exclusive remedy for any problems or dissatisfaction with TBUZ is to stop using TBUZ and cancel your TBUZ trial.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DTI, ITS OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, SUPPLIERS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR (i) ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR PROFITS) DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE TBUZ, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY, WITHOUT REGARD TO WHETHER DTI HAS BEEN WARNED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES, AND EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE; (ii) AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO TBUZ MORE THAN THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO DTI DURING THE 30-DAY FREE TRIAL OFFER.
TBUZ includes the utilization of text and/or email as delivery methods. DTI assumes no responsibility whatsoever or liability for undelivered or late texts or emails, whatever the reason may be. The 30-Day Free Trial and any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating thereto shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to choice or conflicts of law principles. Further, you and DTI agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Mobile County, Alabama to resolve any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to the 30-Day Free Trial and agree that said courts would be a proper venue and convenient forum.
Trade Names, Trademarks, Service Marks, License and Other Intellectual Property
TBUZ and all TBUZ trademarks, service marks, and trade names (collectively the “Marks”) are proprietary to DTI. TBUZ and the content provided through it are the sole and exclusive property of DTI, and we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to make personal, non-commercial use of TBUZ and to receive the content made available through TBUZ based upon the 30-Day Trial you have selected. The TBUZ trades and other TBUZ related information provided to you during the 30-Day Trial are for your sole personal use and you are prohibited from selling, transferring, distributing, reproducing, or otherwise disclosing or sharing any TBUZ trades or TBUZ related information with any third party whatsoever.

We at DTI are committed to respecting your online privacy and recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of any personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) you share with us.
DTI has established this Online Privacy Policy so that you can understand the care with which we intend to treat your Personal Information.

Refund Policy in General
For all books, other written materials, CD’s, DVD’s, packages, courses, classes, workshops, software, downloads, trade rooms, and any other products or services purchased from DTI by you the customer (hereafter the “Client”) via our website, a landing page or other site, telephone, or otherwise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there will be no refunds by DTI.
User Chat Rooms
DTI maintains procedures to monitor and review any areas where users transmit or post Communications or communicate solely with each other, including but not limited to online chat rooms (including the TBUZ and TWT Omnovia rooms), bulletin boards or other user forums, and the content of any such Communications. While DTI will endeavor to remove or correct any misleading Communications, DTI will have no liability related to the content of any such Communications, whether or not arising under the laws of copyright, trademarks, libel, privacy, obscenity, or otherwise.
User Submissions
Except for any personally identifiable information we may collect from you under the guidelines established in our Privacy Statement above, any material, information or other communication you type, write, text, email, otherwise transmit, upload or post (“Communications”) will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. DTI will have no obligations with respect to the Communications. DTI and its designees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use the Communications and all data, images, sounds, text, and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or noncommercial purposes.
